Dear Customers,

It is with a heavy heart that we have had to suspend order fulfilment until 15th April due to the closure of our warehouse. This is for the safety of our staff and the community. We are sorry for any inconvenience. For now, orders can still be placed but will not be despatched until the above date.

Any returns from orders placed including and after 24th February are exempt from our current returns policy and we ask them to keep hold of any potential returns as we won’t be able to process them until our warehouse reopens.

You have up to 14 days to return any item for exchange or refund. Please complete and include the returns note sent with your purchase, indicating the reason for return and your preference for exchange or refund. Where goods are returned via your local postal service, please package your items securely and obtain a certificate of posting. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us if you do not have a certificate of posting. Please note, return postage costs will only be refunded where the item is agreed to be faulty.

Unless faulty, items for return must be in their ORIGINAL ‘as new’ condition (unused, unworn and unwashed), together with all packaging and tags. For example, knitwear is to be folded and returned together with tissue, card and polybag. All goods will be inspected on return, and a deduction will be made for dirty or unsaleable items.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

CHRISTMAS - Orders placed from 1st November to 20th December may be returned anytime up to the following 14th January.

If you have purchased a product as a gift, please do not discard the product tags until you are sure the item does not need to be returned.
